Common questions
Do I need to be in Kuwait already?
No. We hire from abroad and support the visa and residency process. Tell us your current country and visa status in the form.
Why do you need a video?
Technique is the hardest thing to judge from a CV. A 3-minute video showing your work is the fastest way for us to see your skill. Film on a phone in landscape — it doesn't need to be professional.
My internet is slow. Can I send the video another way?
Yes. Upload it to Google Drive, YouTube (unlisted), or WeTransfer and paste the link in the form instead.
I'm newly qualified. Should I still apply?
Yes, if you have certified training. Tell us honestly where you are and we'll consider you for junior roles.
Is my passport copy safe?
Yes. Documents are stored in encrypted private storage, viewable only by our hiring team, and deleted according to our retention policy.
How long does the process take?
Usually 2–4 weeks from application to offer, plus visa processing time if you're applying from abroad.
